What To Expect
At Mint we believe that life was made for great hair and great adventures. When you visit us, you get both. Our goal is to create an elevated experience for our guests that goes beyond great hair. Your visit with us will be filled with relaxation, authentic conversations, uplifting vibes, feel good music, and everything in between that has you feeling in Mint Condition.
Lets get your adventure started.
Location, Location, Location
We are conveniently located right on Mill St. in Downtown Akron in the historic Greystone building, directly across from the John S. Knight Center.
There is on-street parking available right out front and if you tell us which vehicle is yours we will make sure your meter is full during the entirety of your visit. If you prefer a parking deck there is one right next door to our building on Broadway and one on High St. as well.
Like to stop for coffee before your appointment? Be sure to check out Akron Coffee Roasters located up the road from us. No time to stop? Don’t worry! We have a nice selection of complimentary snacks and drinks waiting for you at the salon.
When You Arrive
We’re happy to say all are welcome to our space and it’s our mission to make you feel comfortable. Your first time in you’ll be asked to fill out a short form for new clients. We will also be happy to offer you drinks and snacks while you wait for your service to start
You’re welcome to sit and enjoy our ever-growing family of potted plants in our window or browse our retail shelf. We also have a work bar with chargers and plenty of space for you to work while you wait. Whatever makes you most comfortable.
